Hi, I’m Abbie Perry – Owner of McCool Early Learners!

I’ve worked in early childhood and special education for over six years and truly believe the early years are some of the most important in a child’s life. With a degree in early childhood education and a background supporting children with diverse needs, I’m passionate about helping every child learn, grow, and discover their strengths through hands-on play and exploration.

I started McCool Early Learners to create something meaningful for our community — a place where families feel supported and every child feels like they belong. My goal is to provide a nurturing, inclusive environment where children can build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

Outside of teaching and daycare, I’m married and a proud mom to my daughter, Blair. I know how much trust it takes to leave your child in someone else’s care, and that’s why I strive to make McCool Early Learners a place where every child is loved, supported, and set up for success.

 Meet Our Director- Brooke 

With over 10 years of experience in childcare, I have dedicated my career to creating safe, supportive, and engaging environments where children can thrive. I believe every child deserves a space where they feel valued, understood, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

My background in early childhood has given me the opportunity to work with children of all ages and stages, and I’ve developed a passion for helping kids learn how to regulate their emotions, build independence, and gain confidence. As a director, my goal is to support families while ensuring our staff has the tools and encouragement they need to provide high-quality care every day.

I live in York with my son, Payten, and our two cats, Jasper and Thalia. I also have a daughter, Taylor, and a granddaughter, Oakleigh. Being both a mom and a grandmother helps me connect with families on a deeper level — I understand firsthand how important it is to know your child is safe, happy, and cared for.

I’m grateful to be part of McCool Early Learners and look forward to building strong partnerships with families while giving every child the best start possible.
